Llonydd cottage is a traditional Welsh cottage with stunning sea and mountain views in a peaceful location.  Close to the sandy beaches of Fairbourne, Tywyn and Barmouth and in the heart of fabulous walking country,  this cottage will give you a tranquil break with nothing to disturb you but birdsong and the sound of the sea. 

 

LLonydd Cottage sleeps four people in  three bedrooms, 1 double with sea view and 2 singles, one with sea view.  It has a fully fitted modern kitchen and a cosy lounge/diner with log burner. There is one bright and clean bathroom with toilet and a powerful, over the bath shower. We have good wifi and you can watch catch up TV so you don't miss your favourite programs. The cottage sits in a tranquil location, facing the sea and you will have a panoramic view of the bay stretching across to the Llyn Peninsula and Bardsey Island.  We often see dolphins and the odd basking shark!  Cormorants, Oyster Catchers, Red Kites and the occasional Peregrine Falcon are among the many birds you will see too. 

 

The cottage is directly on the coast with stunning views  of both sea and mountains.  The Cambrian railway runs in front of the house and a sleepy two carriage train trundles past approximately 5 or 6 times a day. A gorgeous balcony in the garden will enable you to sit for hours watching sea and sunsets which are amazing.
